Release and Waiver of Liability
Great North Woods Vintage Snowmobile Race
I, the undersigned , hereby represent and certify that I am at least 18 years of age and that I possess a valid driver’s license issued by the state of and that license number is . I am voluntarily requesting to participate in one or more races in the Great North Woods Vintage Snowmobile Race series. I hereby expressly declare that I am aware of the risks associated with snowmobile racing and agree to assume the entire risks of any accidents, property damage, personal injury, including death that I might suffer during this event. I have been informed of applicable rules and regulations governing said event.
I hereby undertake to respect and comply with all applicable rules and regulations governing the event and to wear appropriate protective clothing, helmet and eye protection, to ride the snowmobile safely, and that I shall not ride under the influence of alcohol, or any other substance which could impair my faculties and /or judgment.
I hereby acknowledge that riding a snowmobile entails inherent risks. In consideration of the above I hereby give, in my personal name and in the name of heirs, successors, beneficiaries and other legal representatives, a full and final release and discharge to The Great North Woods Vintage Race, The Pittsburg Ridge Runners of Pittsburg, N.H., and Colebrook Ski-Bees of Colebrook, N.H., their employees, agents, and/or officers from any and all manner of action and actions, cause and causes of action, suits, damages, judgments and executions, claims for personal injury, property damage and demands whatsoever, including any past and future medical expenses and liens, in law or in equity, which I or my executors or administrators may have against the said Great North Woods Vintage Race, The Pittsburg Ridge Runners, The Colebrook Ski-Bees, their employees, agents, and/or officers, successors and assigns, for or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the date of the date of these presents, and particularly, but without in any manner limiting the foregoing, on account of any and all claims arising from my participation at the Great North Woods Vintage Race series.
I also agree to indemnify The

and Colebrook Ski-Bees of
